We booked this place, because the pictures and the description looked so promising and indeed it is true. It is like a small paradise, with a beautiful garden with many fruit trees, of which the housekeeper produces jam or cakes, which guests will enjoy as they sit on the veranda to engage in a hearty breakfast, which will guarantee a good start of your day. Your host will take the time to explain the region to you and give you helpful suggestions. Parking is no problem. In short, I can only recommend this place.

Great guesthouse, big comfortable very clean rooms, near the centre of Campiglia Marittima..a two minute walk to to the bars and restaurants at the Piazza della Repubblica..free parking on the street a couple of minutes walk away ( we were here for 5 days and had no problems with it at anytime)..our hosts, Simona and Dimitri were both excellent and very friendly ( esp to our 2 dogs) and Dimitri’s breakfast of breads, cakes, fruit and some particularly strong coffee ensured that we started the day in the right way..we stayed here with our 2 dogs and the San Vincenzo dog beach is only a 20 minute drive away (also recommended)..we had a fantastic time here and would defiantly return!!

  We really enjoyed our stay. For short day trips, Stefano gave us some excellent tips. The compound is beautiful and there is a lovely hilltop village only a few minutes by foot. You can take a shortcut straight from the complex or go by the main road. Either way it's close. It's a lovely little town and if you don't mind walking uphill, you'll have a great time strolling through the village, discovering little piazza's with cafe's and restaurants. We stayed home a few evenings, just reading playing boardgames and relaxing. The complex is just wonderful and sets a really romantic atmosphere.

  Best 2-bedroom apartment with a pool for the money, that we could get at the time we booked. Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff/hosts. Very clean apartment with good furniture, linen, kitchen stuff, etc. Nice and clean pool with everything needed, nice territory, good BBQ place. Tents for cars at the parking place. Located near a big supermarket and not far from the main beaches. Actually it was excellent, apart from some subjective minuses, which might not be even minuses for everyone.
